San Francisco Biennial City Survey
Every two years, the City and County of San Francisco's Controller's Office conducts the City Survey to assess residents’ perceptions of and satisfaction with City services, as well as gauge attitudes around issues facing the City. InterEthnica led the 17th biennial City Survey to ensure a statistically significant sample of diverse respondents was collected. The 2022 City Survey was the first to introduce intercept surveying, supplementing the traditional online and phone fielding methods. Over 2,500 responses were collected in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Russian.
