A native San Franciscan born at General Hospital who calls Valencia Gardens housing projects her first home, Lisa brings an intimate knowledge of how policies affect people's day-to-day lives. She is the most experienced multicultural engagement consultant in the Bay Area, with over 20 years of strategic communications and engagement experience. Lisa has made it her life's work to ensure public processes are inclusive and people are empowered to make decisions that impact their communities. She cares passionately about each project she works on to ensure positive results for clients and the communities she serves. As a strategic mastermind who designs projects with an equity-first model, Lisa is proud of her work gathering insights for equity roadmaps, equity action plans, community advisory councils, and employee recognition and inclusion programs. Lisa is well-known in the communities where she works, enjoys nurturing community connections, and helps build trust between our clients and their communities.

Lisa is a San Francisco State University graduate in Liberal Studies and holds an advanced certification in Community-Based Social Marketing (CBSM). She speaks English and Arabic. Lisa finds an escape from her busy schedule in her garden, where she enjoys creating various culturally inspired show gardens.
